Eagle Remote Learning is different. Eagle Staff monitors student progress and can make changes to the Individual Learning Plan as necessary to ensure student progress, the parents are kept up to date, if necessary, with daily and weekly reports by text and email. Unlike home-school, parents keep no records and grade no school work. Eagle Staff monitors and proctors all student actions on our digital learning platform. Parents receive weekly reports on progress.
Our Cadets study remote with great effectiveness, and conservation of time. Our Cadets study 3.5 hours or less a day to stay on pace generally 5 days a week. We have professional Proctors that supervise the Online Study. One of our Cadets completed 2 years of School in one year with straight 4.0 GPA! Early graduation is possible.
We have produced 3 Air Force Academy Graduates, and we have a graduating Cadet that has already been awarded a full Scholarship to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University for entry in Fall of 2025.
Remote Study works! Since 2014 our Cadets have outperformed Classroom Students. This is Proctored Study, we can see all Student activity with our Online Curriculum Reports. This is Proctored Learning, and parents are kept informed by regular reporting of progress.
Our Cadets enjoy the weekend trainings in the field, and they have no homework to worry about on the weekends.
Our Cadets look forward to and enjoy Military Leadership, Air Force Culture, Rifle Safety and Marksmanship and Aviation Orientation. We can set up trainings for remote study Cadets in any area of the country and organize local
training venues and resources.
We have a fully developed Remote Study Program. Our Digital Online Curriculum has been administered by our Proctors for 11 years with great success. Our Students have over 11 years, achieved a 3.0 GPA or higher, with our special proctoring of the Digital Curriculum. We offer more Advanced Placement and Honors Courses than many larger institutions. Our specialized Cadet Training is unique in the country.
Note: All Students have access to our internal Apex Login Message System to report any problems or concerns and also to report misconduct.
WE ARE CELEBRATING 11 YEARS OF SUCCESS IN 2025!
Full Online Curriculum starting
4th Grade to 12th Grade :
We have a full curriculum that is proctor monitored, with parents kept fully informed of student progress. Our Digital Curriculum is well suited for most students. At ITSEC 2020: An Air Force Pilot briefs Eagle Cadets on his experiences at the Air Force Academy and in Air Force Pilot Training.
Our Vision is a school focused on a theme of Aerospace Education and Leadership Training.
We believe in early career preparation and training with a self paced core online curriculum. 4th grade and higher students are perfect for our program of learning.
We believe that leadership training and student "buy in" to our theme is important to the success of our school. We want to give our students an UNFAIR ADVANTAGE in future careers in Aerospace and Aviation.
We can accept Students located anywhere in Florida
and in the State of Arizona

Our Mission
Our Mission is to produce outstanding citizens and future leaders through a systematic core education and leadership mentoring.
Three Eagle trained Cadets have graduated the Air Force Academy! Our current Cadet Commander Cadet Colonel Gerrit Bates has been awarded a full Scholarship to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University for Fall of 2025.
We believe peer to peer interaction and hands on learning is the superior way for our cadets to learn.
You cannot learn to lead or be effective as a leader by being lectured in class. Leadership skills are best learned hands on, by being placed in a position of responsibility.
Our Cadet Corps training is executed by Veterans, and backed up by 70 years of Cadet Program experience.
Our past Organization History: Eagle Squadron has a 53 year history of training cadets leading back to McCoy AFB in 1960 and McCoy Cadet Squadron of the 1960s.
Our curriculum is flexible to the learning ability of each student.
Catering especially to home schoolers or students that want a different theme than normal public or private school humdrum lecture classes.
Private School:
We can accommodate Students in any area of Arizona!

Our Vision
Early Career Focus and Training gives our Cadets an Unfair Advantage in future careers!
When students transition to 6th Grade from elementary school we believe they are looking for something more than just going to a class with a teacher lecturing to them.
Students are looking for more engagement and participation, gaining belonging and self esteem and they seek responsibility. Students are not seeking to be stuck in a lecture class for 6 hours a day. With Modular Core, a good student can stay on pace with about 3 hours or less time in our core curriculum. We can free up our cadets for more interactive and participation time in acitivites that are fun! The cadets enjoy their full participation in aerospace and leadership training!
We provide a self paced competitive learning environment that is fun and interesting. Aviation and Aerospace are interesting themes to our Cadets. Air Force Style Leadership Training is interesting and exciting and requires participation.
The Air Force Culture of success is exciting and is full time in the school. We give our Cadets ownership of the Cadet Corps. We think Hands On Learning is the best type of learning environment. Demonstration and Performance is a great learning tool. We motivate our Cadets to perform at the best of their ability.
We are a Private School in Orlando with Aerospace and Aviation Theme.
SAFETY: Military rules for Safety are enforced at all times. Safety Briefings are given for daily activites.

Our History
The roots of Eagle Aerospace Military Academy reaches back to the 1960s with McCoy Cadet Squadron, at McCoy Air Force Base, Orlando, Florida.
Through the 60s, 70s, and 80s, McCoy Cadet Squadron trained hundreds of teenage students in Air Force Style Leadership and Aerospace Education.
In 1984, returning Air Force Veteran and Founder of Eagle AMA, Jerry Waller, renamed the Squadron, Eagle Squadron.
The Eagle Squadron won Squadron of the Year in 1985 for outstanding performance.
Eagle Squadron developed into a great Squadron that produced two Nominees to the Air Force Academy and those same Cadets graduated the Air Force Academy. For that time period the record of 2 Cadets out of a unit of 30 Cadets, being nominated, accepted, and graduating the Air Force Academy, is an amazing accomplishment.
In 2008 Major Jerry Waller again reactivated the Eagle Squadron with the intention of supporting start up of a full time Middle and High School in Central Florida. Eagle Aerospace Military Academy is now open as a Air Force Style Cadet Training Program with optional Home School functions.
Eagle Squadron won Squadron of the Year again in 2010.
We focus on the Air Force Culture of success and it works for the Cadets and the Academy! We are now a Private School in Orlando, Florida
Cadets from the Past
Eagle Squadron Drill Team of 1986 won many awards and also Squadron of the Year in 1985.
Our Cadets from the past have done very well, we have a great track record, and below is a list of just some of our success stories:
Lt Colonel Dean Hitchcock a former Eagle Cadet now serves the Air Force at Scott Air Force Base and Dean is one of our Air Force Academy Graduates
Lt Colonel Paul Hibbard is an F-15 Pilot and a former Eagle Cadet and Paul is also one of our Air Force Academy Graduates and his is pictured above in the cockpit of an F-15.
Former Eagle Cadet Lt Colonel Dan Mullins became Administrator over a Group of 6 Private Schools.
Former Eagle Cadet Captain Glen Hosford is now an Aerospace Engineer at Tinker Air Force Base, and works on the Air Force One Program.
We have trained many Cadets that now are very successful in both civilian and military careers.
