Cadet Leadership and Vocational Training
is part of our training

Our Mission
Our Mission is to produce outstanding citizens both civilian and military and great future leaders through a systematic core education and leadership mentoring.
Three Eagle trained Cadets have graduated the Air Force Academy! Our current Cadet Commander Cadet Colonel Gerrit Bates has been awarded a full Scholarship to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University for Fall of 2025.
We believe peer to peer interaction and hands on learning is the superior way for our cadets to learn and develop as future leaders.
You cannot learn to lead or be effective as a leader by being lectured in class. Leadership skills are best learned hands on, by being placed in a position of responsibility.
Our Cadet Corps training is executed by Veterans, and backed up by 70 years of Cadet Program experience.
Our past Organization History: Eagle Squadron has a 53 year history of training cadets leading back to McCoy AFB in 1960 and McCoy Cadet Squadron of the 1960s.
Our curriculum is flexible to the learning ability of each student.
Catering especially to home schoolers or students that want a different theme than normal public or private school humdrum lecture classes.
Private School:
We can accommodate Students in any area of Arizona with Proctored Remote study!
Our Cadets gain hands on experience and real training exclusive to Eagle AMA! No other school does what we do!
Our Cadets gain hands on experience and real training exclusive to Eagle AMA! No other school does what we do!
Our Cadets are taught the safe use of firearms with strict range safety and discipline in the traditions of military range training. Each Cadet has the oportunity to qualify as marksman by shooting a dime size bullseye from 50 yards away. We have access to a private shooting range for exclusive use of our cadets and training instructors. You too as a Cadet at Eagle can earn the Marksman Badge and proudly wear it on the Eagle AMA Uniform! An NRA Rifle Coach is on our Staff.
UPDATE: We are going to form a competition Target Shooting Team and in the future may establish Olympic Biathlon Training!

Early Aviation Training
Air Force Camp Prep and Early Aviation Training for Future Military Leaders
Struggling to pay attention through Zoom lessons? We don’t blame you. Traditional schooling isn’t for everyone, even under normal circumstances. When you force students to go through digital schooling without the proven educational methods that have been used for thousands of years, a certain amount of kids is going to fall through the cracks. At Eagle Aerospace Military Academy, we want to ensure those students who have trouble learning in today’s stay at home environment have an alternative that will help them develop the skills to have a fruitful career in the military.
We are now offering early aviation training and for students 4-12 who feel like the traditional route isn’t working for them. Through our program, students will be taught the skills that will help them prepare for a career in the aviation through a combination of remote learning and in-person training. The safety of our students is our number one priority and we want them to excel without putting their health or the health of their loved ones in jeopardy.
However, some things simply can’t be learned online. We allow students to complete a certain amount of course work through proctored online sessions and get in-person experience in the cockpit of a plane, or in a flight simulator. We have many opportunities for our students to gain flight experience.
Through our training, students will learn what it takes to be to gain a future career in aviation. Our early aviation training will also teach them the soft skills that are necessary to be successful aviator and be able to get into the cockpit with an experienced instructor so they can experience what it’s like to fly a plane. Please call us for more details on our aviation career prep school.
